Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited updates on rating from Brickwork

Brickwork has reaffirmed the rating of the Lower Tier - II Bonds - Series XV issued by Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited as BWR BB + (Credit Watch with Developing Implications). BWR has stated that it shall monitor the EGM of the Bank held on 12th June 2022 and Credit watch shall be reviewed post the outcome of 12 June Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. The BWR BB+ rating for the bank continues to factor in, steady growth in the business up to 31 Mar 2022.
