HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd raises Rs. 350 crores through NCDs

The Capital Raising Committee of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd vide its resolution June 22, 2022, allotted 3,500 unsecured, rated, listed, subordinated, redeemable, fully paid-up, non-convertible debentures, each having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 350,00,00,000/-

The Debentures shall be listed on the WDM segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, within 4 (four) trading days from the deemed date of allotment or such period as may be prescribed by SEBI, from time to time.

Shares of HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 564.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 553.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39488 in over 2780 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 565.65 and intraday low of 555.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22204779.00.
