Rail Vikas Nigam inks MoU with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has entered into an strategic MoU on 15.06.2022 with M/s Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, for achieving following objectives:

1. Using expertise of RVNL for improving logistics efficiency for goods generating & aggregating from ports, hinterland and for a country as a whole.

2. Development of SMPK projects in an integrated manner.

3. Setting up of SPVs / JVs for execution of large projects in India / abroad.

4. Providing consultancy and projects management services.

Shares of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 30.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122930 in over 1091 trades.
