Quess Corp Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Quess Corp Limited at its meeting held today i.e. May 31, 2022 have, considered and approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend at Rs. 4/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each out of profits of the financial year ended March 31, 2022.The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend will be on Friday, June 10, 2022. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after Tuesday, June 21, 2022 to the registered shareholders whose names appear on the register of members or in the record of the depository as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record Date.

Shares of Quess Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 703.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 687.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10953 in over 1279 trades.
