GOCL Corporation Ltd update on sale of land property situated at Kukatpally, Hyderabad

GOCL Corporation Ltd has announced that the sale of 32 acres out of 44.25 acres of land has been concluded for a sale consideration of Rs.326.80 crores and the Company has received consideration for the same. Sale of the balance 12.25 acres of land will be concluded in due course.

Shares of GOCL Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 254.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 238.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5302 in over 280 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 254.85 and intraday low of 242.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1325678.00.
