Linc Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.80

The Board of Directors of Linc Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.80 per equity share, (18% on equity shares) subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.

Further, the dividend on equity shares, if declared by the members at the ensuing AGM of the Company, will be credited to the members around September 15, 2022 subject to deduction of TDS.
