Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd at its meeting held on 28-May-2022, has approved the recommendation of final dividend at INR 2.50 i.e., 50% per equity share of INR 5.00 each, for FY 2021-22, subject to approval by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The dividend, if approved, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 522.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 516.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16840 in over 1278 trades.
