Beardsell Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Beardsell Ltd at their meeting held on 28/05/2022 have recommended final dividend of Re.0.10 per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
