GOCL Corporation Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of GOCL Corporation Limited, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share (150%) for the financial year 2021-22. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (100%) declared in August 2021 and already paid in September 2021. This will make a total dividend of 250% for the Financial Year 2021-22. The said Final Dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, subject to deduction of applicable tax. The company will announce in due course the date of the AGM and the Record Date / Book Closure period for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend.

Shares of GOCL Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 238.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 234.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1507 in over 54 trades.
