RSWM Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of RSWM Ltd has recommended dividend on Equity Shares @250% i.e. Rs. 25.00 per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 58.88 Crores for the financial year 2021-22 which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the company.
