Aegis Logistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at their meeting held on May 27, 2022, have considered and approved the recommendation of Final dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per share (face value of Re.1 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
