The Board of Directors of The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited at their Meeting held on Friday, 27th May, 2022, have considered and approved the recommendation of Dividend of Rs.2/- per Equity Share (100%) of the Face Value of Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing 96t h Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration.
