Hercules Hoists Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.85

The Board of directors of Hercules Hoists Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.85[185%] per share (including special Dividend Rs. 0.60 per share for completion of 60 years) for the financial year 2021-22 subject to confirmation of the shareholders in 60th AGM, bringing the total dividend for the financial year 2021-22 to Rs. 2.60 [260%] per share, including interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 paid in February 2022.
