The Board of directors of Persistent Systems Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of INR 18 (INR Eighteen Only) per Equity Share having a face value of INR 5 (INR Five Only) for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The aforesaid Final Dividend is subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the said Dividend will be determined later and announced in due course.
