Hind Rectifiers Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Hind Rectifiers Ltd, at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, has recommended a Dividend @ 20% being Rs. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of members in 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid / dispatched after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration, subject to there being no lockdown restrictions. The 64th AGM will be held on August 9, 2022.
