Aries Agro Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Aries Agro Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, has considered and recommended Dividend of 8% being Rs. 0.80 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, the same is subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
