Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited in their meeting held today i.e. 25th May, 2022, has considered and recommended a final dividend at the rate of 25 % i.e. Rs. 2.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 347.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 334.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37158 in over 1796 trades.
