Empire Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Empire Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (250% on its paid-up equity shares) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
