SNL Bearings Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 6.50

The Board of Directors of SNL Bearings Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6.50/- (Rupees Six and Paise Fifty only) i.e. 65% (sixty-five percent) per equity share of Rs. 10.00/- each fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The same will be paid out to the Members of the Company within 30 (thirty) days of its approval and declaration by the Members at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
