Haldyn Glass Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Haldyn Glass Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, May 24, 2022, has recommended dividend of Re.0.60/- (i.e. 60%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
