CSL Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of CSL Finance Ltd, at its meeting held today, i.e. May 24, 2022, has recommended a final dividend @25% i.e., Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paisa only) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each (which is 75% per equity share pre bonus issue) for the financial year ended 31 March, 2022. The said dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be announced in due course.

Shares of CSL Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 190.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4593 in over 85 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200.00 and intraday low of 187.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 883284.00.
