DCW Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of DCW Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.40/- (Rupees Forty Paisa only) (i.e. 20%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (fully paid-up) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
