Bank of India recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Bank of India at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 (Rupees Two) (i.e. 20%) per equity share (Face Value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up) for the FY2022-23 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 46.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 207664 in over 1341 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.90 and intraday low of 44.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9513290.00.
