Universal Cables Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Universal Cables Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. 23rd May, 2022 has considered and recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share (i.e.15%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Seventy Seventh (77th) Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the approval of the Shareholders, subject to deduction of applicable Tax at Source as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules made thereunder.

Shares of Universal Cables Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6743 in over 231 trades.
