Mazda Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 12.10

The Board of Directors of Mazda Ltd has approved and recommended a dividend of (121%) Rs. 12.10 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
