Ram Ratna Wires Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Ram Ratna Wires Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., on Monday, 23rd May, 2022, has, recommended a dividend of Rs 5/- per share (i.e. @100 %)on the equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each, for the financial year ended 3pt March, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if approved shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, if applicable.
