Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.91

The Board of Directors of Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited at its meeting held on Monday, 23rd May, 2022 at registered office of the Company has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.91 (Ninety one paisa) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
