The Board of Directors of Themis Medicare Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2022, has recommended dividend for Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 of Rs. 5.00/- (Rupees Five only) i.e. @ 50% per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/-, aggregating to Rs. 460.02 lacs. The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
