ADF Foods Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of ADF Foods Ltd has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 4/- per share (i.e. 40%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Friday, August 5, 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to said Final Dividend.
