Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (30%) of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Monday, August 8, 2022. This Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share includes Rs. 1.50/- per equity share as a onetime special dividend, consequent to exceptional gains reported during the year. The Dividend, if approved shall be paid/dispatched on the fourth day from the conclusion of 49th AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
