The Board of directors of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2022 has recommended dividend for Financial Year ended 31.03.2022 of Rs.4.00/- i.e. @ 80% per equity share having face value of Rs.5/-, aggregating to Rs. 5.81 Crores. The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
