OnMobile Global Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY22

The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global Ltd at its meeting held on May 19, 2022, has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
