Rossari Biotech Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Rossari Biotech Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, have recommended Final Dividend of 25% (i.e. Re. 0.50 /- per share) on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
