Transpek Industry Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 22.50

The Board of Directors of Transpek Industry Limited at its meeting held today has recommended and approved the dividend of Rs. 22.50/- (225%) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
