The Board of Directors of Navneet Education Limited at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (75%) per share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 on 22,62,13,181 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up. The dividend, so recommended, if declared will be paid within 30 days from its declaration by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
