GRM Overseas Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 for FY23

The Board of Directors of GRM Overseas Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, the 16th day of May 2022, has approved and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.25 /- (i.e. @ 12.5%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.2.00/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 in line with Dividend Distribution Policy of the Company.

The board has fixed 26th day of May, 2022 as the Record date for Payment of 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2022-23.
