The Board of Directors of AMJ Land Holdings Ltd at its meeting held on May 16, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company within 30 days of its approval.
