D B Corp Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of D B Corp Ltd at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of face value ('FV') of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @30% of FV) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. Final dividend, if approved by the members, will be paid/ dispatched after the AGM within prescribed time limits.
