National Peroxide Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of National Peroxide Ltd at their meeting held on May 12, 2022 have recommended the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 @ 50% i.e., Rs. 5/ (Rupees Five Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each to be declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend if declared will be paid / dispatched (subject to deduction / withholding of applicable taxes) within the time prescribed under law.
