Apollo Tyres Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.25

The Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2022 has considered and recommended the Final dividend of Rs. 3.25 per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1 each (i.e. 325%) for FY22, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of AGM.
