Petronet LNG Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of Petronet LNG Limited in its meeting held today has, recommended final dividend of Rs. 4.50 (Rupees four and fifty paise only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Petronet LNG Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 213.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 213.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60188 in over 1371 trades.
