Balaji Amines Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Balaji Amines Ltd at its meeting held on May 11, 2022, has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share i.e. 300% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after its approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
