Bhalaji Toll Road Pvt Ltd receives LOA for Chalakwadi Fee Plaza

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd's step-down subsidiary viz. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 10th May, 2022 from National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") informing that BTRPL has been engaged as the user fee collection agency through e-tender for Chalakwadi Fee Plaza, at design Km 91.106 in Pune District of NH-50 (New NH60) for use of four lane from Km.42.000 to Km.179.946 of Khed Sinnar Section of National Highway No 50 (New NH-60) in the State of Maharashtra.

The Period of Contract is 3 (Three) months and the operations will commence after 6 (Six) working days from the date of issuance of LOA.

The contractual amount for the said Project is Rs. 9,96,30,000/- (Rupees Nine Crores Ninety Six Lakhs Thirty Thousand only).

Shares of MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 288542 in over 738 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.45 and intraday low of 23.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7106680.00.
