Bharat Rasayan Ltd allots 83,10,536 bonus equity shares

The members of the Bonus Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Bharat Rasayan Limited ("the Company") at their meeting held today i.e., Monday, December 15, 2025, has allotted 83,10,536 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the face value of ₹ 5/- (Rupees Five only) each in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid up Bonus Equity Share of ₹ 5/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 5/- each, held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e., Friday, December 12, 2025, fixed for this purpose.

The Bonus Equity Shares allotted as above shall rank pari-passu in all respect and carry the same rights as the existing equity shares of the Company including dividends and other corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the said allotment.
