Newgen Software Technologies Company Ltd receives order worth SAR 15,982,125

Newgen Software Technologies Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited ("the Company") incorporated in Saudi Arabia has signed an agreement with a customer for the project of designing and developing a loan origination system. The aggregate value of the aforesaid Award is SAR 15,982,125 (Saudi Riyal Fifteen Million Nine Hundred and Eighty-Two Thousand One Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) inclusive taxes i.e. Rs.38.64 Crores (Indian Rupees Thirty Eight Crore and Sixty Four Lakh Only) inclusive taxes.

Shares of Newgen Software Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 862.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 857.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23257 in over 1441 trades.
