Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share (40%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 5/- each. The Board of Directors had earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share (120%), on face value of Rs. 5/- each at its meeting held on 21st April, 2022. The total dividend for the year ended 31st March 2022, amounts to Rs. 8/- per Equity Share (160%), on face val ue of Rs. 5/- each against 140 % i.e., Rs. 7/- per share for the previous year 2020-21.
