SMC Global Securities Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of SMC Global Securities Ltd at its meeting held on 07 May, 2022 at Kathmandu, Nepal has considered, approved and recommended the final dividend for FY 2021-22 @ 60% i.e. Rs. 1.20 per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each amounting to Rs. 1,357.61 lakhs to its equity shareholders, (subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting) in addition to interim dividend @60% paid during the FY 2021-22, this makes the total dividend @120% i.e., Rs. 2.40 per equity share.

Shares of SMC Global Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 86.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 153534 in over 662 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.05 and intraday low of 81.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13075719.00.
