Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paisa only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 23, 2022, will be paid on or after July 25, 2022.
