Paushak Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of Paushak Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 06, 2022 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 12/- (120%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
