The Board of Directors of Ponni Sugars Erode Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs 5.50 (Rupees Five and paise Fifty only) per Equity Share of RS.10 each for the financial year 2021-22. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20thJuly 2022, will be paid by 26th July 2022.
